Open from 8am on race morning, the Race Village is in a field adjacent to Orchid Wood, which is also next to the event car park for the race. This is where all runners and spectators gather before and after the race.

Please note that due to limited space, there will be no formal warm-up before the event. We strongly recommend all participants to follow their own warm-up to prepare for a 10 kilometre race.
NO DOGS/PETS: Whilst we appreciate you may want to bring your beloved pets to the event, please note that due to the field being a livestock field, the landowners have strictly stipulated that no dogs/pets are allowed. This includes both around the car park and in the Race Village.
